The organiser of the competition is the Mother FloweR initiative ID:51330920, registered in the Register of Civil Associations, Section Sro, Insert No. 24598/B (the organiser), which announces the competition called Mother FloweR, according to the terms and conditions set out in these rules.
The aim, purpose and duration of the competition is to promote the cultivation of plants, herbs and flowers not only among young people. The competition will run until 10.5.2024. However, we will continue to collect photos after this date and monitor how your plants are doing
The competition is open to anyone who uploads a photo of a flower, herb or plant for their school to the motherflower.family website.
Each contestant can enter the contest more than once. The winners of the Contest are the Classes of Contestants that receive the most four-leaf clovers in the voting. of these Rules. Voting for the winners will take place between May 1-19, 2024. The Organizer will announce the winners on June 2, 2024 from the voting at www.motherflower.family in the range of municipality, school and class.
The organizer will give the contestant a prize: The winning contestant in each region will receive: a voucher for the purchase of traditional seeds and growing supplies worth 100 euros and stickers for the whole class. The runner-up in each region will receive an MF jute shopping bag and stickers for the whole class. In the event of a tie, the judges will select a winner from among the winners.
The organizer will personally deliver the prize to the winning class at the school address, where they will also check the results of the contest for ordering. In the event that the prize cannot be handed over to the Competition winner for an objective reason (e.g.: inability to contact the Competition winner, inability to find out the school address, refusal of the Competition winner to accept the prize), the prize will not be handed over to the Competition winner, the winner will forfeit his/her right to the prize. Sending the prize abroad is not possible. The Promoter reserves the right to change the form of delivery of the prize. Each winner has the right to reject the prize. If the winner rejects the prize, his/her entitlement to the prize is forfeited.

The prize is not judicially enforceable. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Rules. The Organiser reserves the right to assess the entrants' compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Competition and also the right to: exclude any Contestant from the Competition for failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of the Competition. ; not awarding the prize if the Organiser fails to successfully contact the Winner in accordance with the Rules; not awarding the prize if the Winner fails and/or refuses to claim the prize; not awarding the prize even if the failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of the Contest is discovered subsequently, but no later than the moment of handing over the prize; awarding the Winner another prize that is qualitatively and valuably similar to the prize specified in Article V. of the Rules.
